Gernaz Tekstil is aware of the fact that trained manpower is the most important asset for a company and has adopted the principle of developing the personality and skills of its employees by taking into account their own satisfaction.\u00a0Our main aim is to ensure that the personnel with a high level of education, who can keep up with global changes, who are entrepreneurial and open to development, are assigned in accordance with the characteristics and description of the task, and to provide training and development opportunities to all personnel according to their personality and abilities.<\/span><\/p>\n
